CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va., May 23 -- The University of Virginia issued the following news release:
Josh Bowers, a legal scholar and former defense attorney who specializes in innovative examination of the real-world application of criminal law, will join the faculty of the University of Virginia School of Law this fall.
