ALBANY, N.Y., Aug. 12 -- The New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Asisstance issued the following press release:

The State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) today announced that $5 million in federal funding will be made available to provide education and training programs designed to better prepare individuals - especially young adults - for careers in high-demand fields, through an unprecedented collaboration between OTDA and the State Department . . .
