OXFORD, Miss., Oct. 1 -- The University of Mississippi issued the following news release:
A symposium honoring the work of prize-winning journalist and author David Halberstam is set for Friday, Oct. 12, at the Overby Center for Southern Journalism and Politics.
The 11 a.m. event in the Overby Center Auditorium, Room147, concludes Journalism Week at the University of Mississippi. It is free and open to the public.
