Bill Mercer, United States Attorney for the District of Montana, announced today that during a federal court session in Billings on August 7, 2008, before U.S. Magistrate Judge Carolyn S. Ostby, ENERPLUS RESOURCES (USA) CORPORATION, a Denver, Colorado and Calgary, Alberta corporation, pled guilty to a Violation Notice alleging ENERPLUS RESOURCES (USA) . . .
