TOLEDO, Ohio, Sept. 25 -- University of Toledo issued the following news release:
Jay Heinrichs, NPR commentator and author, will give his own special brand of advice about the art of persuasion Thursday, Sept. 27, at noon in the UT Law Center on Main Campus.
"Combine Cicero with David Letterman and you get Jay Heinrichs," said noted historian Joseph Ellis.
