ALBANY, N.Y., Aug. 5 -- Assemblyman Michael A. Benjamin, D-Bronx (79th District), issued the following press release:
Assemblyman Michael Benjamin (D-Morrisania) today urged New Yorkers to give the "Gift of Life" by becoming blood donors. "Summer marks a time of potential blood shortage as regular blood donors go away on vacation," said Assemblyman Benjamin.
