TOLEDO, Ohio, Nov. 2 -- University of Toledo issued the following news release:
Justice Jack Jacobs of the Delaware Supreme Court, a nationally known speaker on matters of corporate law, will give a talk titled "The Responsibilities of Directors in the New Millennium" Monday, Nov. 5.
