CHADRON, Neb., Nov. 9 -- Chadron State College issued the following news release:
Chadron State tailback Danny Woodhead and defensive end Shaine Odell have been named to the 2007 District VII All-Academic First-Team sponsored by ESPN The Magazine and the College Sports Information Directors of America.
Five other CSC football players earned second-team honors. They are quarterback Joe McLain, inside receiver Bryce Jarzynka, left tackle John Strand, safety Paul Schwe . . .
