CHADRON, Neb., March 7 -- Chadron State College issued the following news release:
The Chadron State College softball team will not be playing at the Missouri Western Tournament this weekend because of poor field conditions.
The Eagles (3-3-1) were set to play South Dakota, Minnesota-Duluth, Augustana and Nebraska-Omaha at the tourney. However, winter-like conditions have forced the games to be cancelled. The games will not be made up.
