United States Attorney Marty J. Jackley announced that Phillip Menard, age 48, of Mission, was sentenced on August 13, 2007, by United States District Judge Charles B. Kornmann to 120 months custody and three years of supervised release. The defendant was originally indicted by a federal grand jury in June 2006 for aggravated sexual abuse of a child . . .
