Justice Dept. Revises Regulation Implementing Title II of Americans With Disabilities Act for Accessibility of Web Information, Services of State, Local Government Entities
WASHINGTON, April 25 -- The U.S. Department of Justice has issued a rule (28 CFR Part 35), published in the Federal Register on April 24, 2024, entitled "Nondiscrimination on the Basis of Disability; Accessibility of Web Information and Services of State and Local Government Entities."
The rule was issued by Merrick B. Garland, Attorney General.
