USDA'S Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is hosting a public meeting to discuss the preparation of an Environmental Assessment (EA) for the Watershed Rehabilitation of Bonds Creek Site 1 Dam in Pennsboro, Ritchie County, West Virginia.
