U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia: Two Men Charged With Conspiracy to Obstruct and Other Charges for Actions During Jan. 6 Capitol Breach
WASHINGTON, April 17 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia issued the following news release:
A grand jury in Washington, D.C., returned a superseding indictment today charging two men from Kentucky and Indiana with conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, among other charges, related to their conduct during the Jan. 6, 2021, breach of the U.S. Capitol.
