Senators Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.) and Ben Ray Lujan (D-N.M.) and U.S. Representative Gabe Vasquez (D-N.M.) welcomed two federal grants totaling $2,470,000 million for Dona Ana County from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) to address our changing climate.
