WASHINGTON, April 29 -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Administration for Community Living announced that it expects to award up to six cooperative agreements for programs to strengthen aging services for minority populations. The agency description of the cooperative agreement states: "Within the older adult population, there exists considerable diversity with respect to race, ethnicity, cultural background; and sexual orientation/gender identity.
