WASHINGTON, Sept. 26 -- Flash Excavation, Harpster, Idaho, won a $220,091.90 federal contract from the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Forest Service, Idaho Falls, Idaho, for roadway shaping, brushing, culvert installation, limited gabion wall and roadbed stabilization, surface drainage, open top installation and limited aggregate haul and placement on steep narrow mountain roads. Place of performance will be in Grangeville, Idaho. . . .
