WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 -- Hydrogeologic Inc., Reston, Va., won a $35,044,338.64 federal contract from the Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Acquisition Management, Kansas City, Kan., for services to develop and implement a comprehensive radiological study of Area IV and the adjacent northern buffer of Santa Susana Field Laboratory under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. Places of performance will be in Simi Valley and southeastern Ventura county, Calif. . . .
