WASHINGTON, July 22 -- The U.S. Special Operations Command's Technical Applications Contracting Office, Fort Eustis, Va., has issued a combined synopsis/solicitation notice (AV9FG03000FG00) to acquire 50 lens covers. It was posted on July 21 with a response date of July 28. The contract will only be negotiated with Vivisun Aerospace Optics Inc., Fort Worth, Texas. . . .
