WASHINGTON, July 21 -- The U.S. Naval Air Systems Command Office, Patuxent River, Md., has issued a combined synopsis/solicitation synopsis (N00421-09-T-0133) for "flight services of 20 flight hours in the DA-42PSP (Persistent Surveillance Platform) based on the Diamond DA-42 Twin Star aircraft, to support the Qualitative Evaluation exercise." It was posted on July 20 with a response date of July 27. Place of performance will be in Patuxent River, Md. . . .
