ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 3 -- Vaughn Lee Mower and Ryan Clark Beard, both of Bountiful, Utah, Roy Fletcher Lunsford of Syracuse, Utah, and Jeffrey Craig Wright of Woods Cross, Utah, have developed a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) estimation method.
