ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 3 -- Sudhir M. Desai, Dean A. St. Pier and Anne-Marie L. Sweetland, all from Wappingers Falls, N.Y., James A. O'Connor of Ulster Park, N.Y., and Theodore V. Purvin Jr. of Kingston, N.Y., have developed a method for minimizing the use of product parts.
