ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 3 -- Deepak Dube of Marlboro, N.J., and Michael Fornatore of Middleton, N.J., have developed a packet switching network.
According to the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, the invention relates to "automated methods and systems for determining and setting router quality-of-service (QoS) adjustments to control the service level of voice over Internet protocol (VoIP)voice communications in a packet switching network supporting both voice and data communications. . . .
