ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 3 -- Gerasimos Potamianos and Etienne Marcheret, both of White Plains, N.Y., Jonathan H. Connell of Cortlandt Manor, N.Y., Norman Haas of Mount Kisco, N.Y., and Chalapathy Venkata Neti of Yorktown Heights, N.Y., have developed an audio-visual speech recognition system.
