ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 3 -- Geoffrey M. Gelman and Dean P. Alderucci, both of Stamford, Conn., Jay S. Walker of Ridgefield, Conn., Andrew S. Van Luchene of New York, and Deirdre O'Shea of Orinda, Calif., have developed a method for determination of posting payment amount.
