ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 3 -- Eric Cheung and Xiaotao Wu, both of New York, Gregory W. Bond of Hoboken, N.J., Kermit Hal Purdy of Bernardsville, N.J., and Pamela Zave of Chatham, N.J., have developed a method in communication services.
