New York Inventors Develop Multimedia Information Data Representation Method

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 2 -- William L. Luken of Yorktown Heights, N.Y., has developed a Moving Picture Experts Group layer four (MPEG-4) textual representation method.
