MADISON, Wis., Aug. 22 -- The Wisconsin Republican Party issued the following news:
As summer ends and the fall campaign approaches, there are two choices for the U.S. Senate: Ron Johnson, a Wisconsin manufacturer, and Senator Feingold, a Washington insider. Feingold can run negative ads, he can avoid talking about his time in Washington, but he spent 18 years in the U.S. Senate and he lost his way.
