More than 4,500 Catholic school educators will come together for the National Catholic Educational Association's (NCEA) 2016 Convention & Expo in San Diego, CA, that will take place from March 29 - 31. The Diocese of San Diego is hosting the Convention, which takes place in partnership with the Catholic Library Association.
