MONTGOMERY, Ala., Jan. 20 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Alabama issued the following news release:
Eduardo Leal-Arispe, 47, of McAllen, Texas, was sentenced yesterday to 105 months in federal prison, after being convicted on one count of possessing with the intent to distribute almost a kilogram of heroin and one count of interstate transportation in aid of racketeering enterprises, U.S. Attorney George L. Beck, Jr., announced today.
