DENTON, Texas, Jan. 19 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency issued the following news release:
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has awarded more than $1.3 million to the state of Texas for the construction of basic drainage infrastructure for the Retiree Haven subdivision in the city of McAllen.
FEMA's Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) will pay 75 percent or $1,350,756 of the more than $1.8 million proj . . .
