FORT WORTH, Texas, Jan. 17 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Texas issued the following news release:

Iris Yolanda Smith was sentenced this morning by U.S. District Judge Terry R. Means to four years in federal prison and ordered to pay $103,044 in restitution following her guilty plea in October 2011 to one count of fictitious or false claims, announced U.S. Attorney Sarah R.
