WASHINGTON, Sept. 2 -- The Democratic Governors Association issued the following news release:
The Democratic Governors Association today filed a complaint with the Ohio Elections Commission regarding the Fox News Network's apparently illegal in-kind contribution to gubernatorial candidate John Kasich, whose campaign web site was plugged on air for free.
