LITTLE ROCK, Ark., Sept. 2 -- The Arkansas Democratic Party issued the following message from the Chairman:
It's the time of year for quarterbacks and Democrats. Many football teams around the state are kicking off their season this weekend while Democrats are taking the field in anticipation of the November elections.
