MADISON, Wis., Feb. 29 -- Gov. Jim Doyle, D-Wis., issued the following news release:
Governor Jim Doyle announced today the appointment of Roger LeGrand as Tax Appeals Commissioner. The three-member Tax Appeals Commission is an independent agency that hears and decides disputes between persons or entities and the Department of Revenue involving all major, state-imposed taxes. LeGrand will begin serving on April 14, 2008 and will serve a term ending March 1, 2009.
