NEW YORK, Aug. 2 -- The New York State Metropolitan Transportation Authority issued the following news release:
During the intervening months since the tragic deaths of track workers Daniel Boggs and Marvin Franklin, MTA New York City Transit has worked closely with TWU Local 100 to create a series of measures meant to ensure the safety of all of our employees as they perform their duties along the subway right-of-way.
