Above Ground: Views of a Toxic America Through Photographs
TULSA, Okla., June 23 -- The University of Tulsa issued the following news release:
Rhonda Zwillinger and Mark Abrahamson will present an exhibition of photographs "Above Ground: Views of a Toxic America Through Photographs."

Mayor Vetoes Budget Changes
TULSA, Okla., June 23 -- The city of Tulsa issued the following news release:
Mayor Dewey Bartlett issued a veto on specific items of the recently passed budget ordinance for the City of Tulsa for FY 2011, as well as a veto of the decision by the Council to transfer $746,500 to the General Fund from the Tulsa Authority for the Recovery of Energy fund. The TARE money was meant to fund $630,000 for city-wide mowing, and $116,500 for graffiti abatement.

Tulsans to Join Oklahoma Arts Council Board
OKLAHOMA CITY, June 23 -- The Oklahoma Arts Council issued the following news release:
The Oklahoma Arts Council will have three new board members from the Tulsa area when the 2011 fiscal year begins July 1.
