PHOENIX, Arizona, May 1 -- Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes issued the following news release on April 30, 2024:
Attorney General Kris Mayes today filed a motion with the Arizona Supreme Court to stay the issuance of the mandate in Planned Parenthood v. Hazelrigg for 90 days as the Attorney General's Office decides whether to ask the United States Supreme Court to review the state Supreme Court's recent decision in this case.
