WASHINGTON, Aug. 14 -- The U.S. Army issued the following news:
The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command's Commanding General, Maj. Gen. Robert Ferrell, presided over the promotion to colonel of the recently-appoint director of the Central Technical Support Facility here Aug. 12.
Ferrell issued the oath of office to CTSF Director Col. Anthony Wizner as Wizner's wife and three children, along with more than 100 CTSF employees, looked on.
