The U.S. Embassy Senior Defense Official and Defense Attache, Colonel Ray Schultz; the Mayor of Sliven, Mr. Kolyo Milev; and the Chief of Joint Facilities Department, Bulgarian Ministry of Defense, Colonel Yavor Mateev will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony for a renovated gym at Panayot Hitov Primary School in the town of Sliven on August 15th.
