LOWELL, Mass., Aug. 14 -- The National Park Service's Lowell National Historical Park issued the following news release:
This year marks the 97th anniversary of the National Park Service and Lowell National Historical Park will join the other 400+ units of the National Park Service in celebration on August 25th.
