NEW HAVEN, Conn., Aug. 14 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut issued the following news release:
Deirdre M. Daly, Acting United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, announced that SHAUN WHITEHEAD, 26, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was sentenced today by Senior United States District Judge Alfred V. Covello in Hartford to 42 months of imprisonment, followed by five years of supervised release, for using counterfeit U.S. currency to purchase items at five Connectic . . .
