CONCORD, N.H., Aug. 14 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of New Hampshire issued the following news release:
David M. Kwiatkowski, 34, a former employee of Exeter Hospital, pleaded guilty today to eight counts of obtaining controlled substances by fraud and eight counts of tampering with a consumer product, announced United States Attorney John P. Kacavas.
