ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 14 -- American Linc, Gastonia, North Carolina, has been assigned a patent (No. 10,472,199, initially filed Sept. 11, 2017) developed by Donald Lynn Hoover, Clover, South Carolina, for a "creel safety latch, overhead bobbin creel, and method for loading and unloading an overhead bobbin creel."
