ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 16 -- Biomet C.V., Warsaw, Indiana, has been assigned a patent (No. 10,201,376, initially filed Oct. 24, 2016) developed by three co-inventors for a "periprosthetic plating system including plate with system for retaining tension on a cable." The co-inventors are Cesare Cavallazzi, Miramar, Florida, Javier E. Castaneda, Miami, Florida, and Robert F. Graham, Miami, Florida.
