ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 15 -- BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration, Nashua, New Hampshire, has been assigned a patent (No. 10,152,330, initially filed Sept. 19, 2016) developed by three co-inventors for "memory protection using a tagged architecture." The co-inventors are Silviu S. Chiricescu, Arlington, Massachusetts, Howard B. Reubenstein, Bedford, Massachusetts, and Arun Thomas, Somerville, Massachusetts.
