ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 13 -- Alaska Structures, Kirkland, Washington, has been assigned a patent (No. 10,094,134, initially filed Sept. 20, 2016) developed by two co-inventors for a "multi-layer shelter insulation system." The co-inventors are Richard W. Hotes, Anchorage, Alaska, and Michael Vesper, Adamstown, Maryland.
