ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 20 -- 3M Innovative Properties, St. Paul, Minnesota, has been assigned a patent (No. 9,946,424, initially filed Oct. 14, 2015) developed by Matthew H. Frey, Cottage Grove, Minnesota, for "force-sensing capacitor elements, deformable membranes and electronic devices fabricated therefrom."
