The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) announced today that it has approved the application submitted to the Special Financial Assistance (SFA) Program by the Local Union No. 466 Painters, Decorators and Paperhangers Pension Plan (Painters Local 466 Plan).
