ST. LOUIS, Missouri, Sept. 18 (TNSPer) -- The Washington University St. Louis' George Warren Brown School issued the following news:
Kim Thuy Seelinger, research associate professor, has been appointed as the Special Adviser on Sexual Violence in Conflict by the Prosecutor of the International Criminial Court (ICC). Seelinger is the director of the Center for Human Rights, Gender and Migration.
