CPSC: Gas One Recalls Propane Adapter Hoses Due to Fire Hazard

WASHINGTON, Sept. 17 -- The Consumer Product Safety Commission issued the following recall alert on Gas One propane adapter hoses:

Hazard: The hose can swell during use causing gas to leak, posing a fire hazard.

Remedy: Replace

Recall Date: September 15, 2021

Units: About 19,500
